She has carried out more than 400 searches to identify the best managerial profiles in the main industries of the Italian market. She has been involved in complex market research both nationally and internationally, as well as salary benchmarks and corporate governance projects. Before founding Value for Talent, she was a Senior Associate at Spencer Stuart Italy, where she worked for more than ten years, gaining an in-depth understanding of many industrial sectors and FMCP.
