Simple Search was established in 2020 by two co-founders Jūratė Kubilienė and Irma Simonkevičienė with the aim to provide executive search and recruitment services of high quality to clients that need unconventional search solutions in changing business environment. Both co-founders have been in the consulting industry for more than 20 years and employ their extensive experience gained in international executive search companies, wide contact network among executives, and excellent reputation in the Lithuanian business community. Both partners are strong generalists and have successfully completed numerous searches of c-level employees in different industries, including retail, wholesale, manufacturing, FMCG, IT, finance, and other professional services. Simples Search also provides leadership competency assessment, management audit services, and career transition coaching for management-level employees.

Before establishing Simple Search Jūratė had been working as a senior consultant in several executive search companies in Lithuania for more than 15 years. Prior to entering the consulting business, Jūratė had held positions of Head of Human Resources in several international companies and had been a management member, also responsible for organizational development. Jūratė is an active member of the HR community in Lithuania and is often addressed as a key opinion leader in the field of executive recruitment.

Irma had been working in the executive search industry for more than 20 years, of which more than 15 years consisted as a senior consultant, whereby she led search, recruitment, and leadership assessment projects, while also providing HR-related trainings for local and international companies. Irma is also certified user of several international assessment methodologies and has vast experience in applying them in large-scale management audits, as well as competency development and recruitment projects.
