Search House  is a consultancy firm offering services in the fields of executive search, recruitment and management consulting. Search House was founded in the late autumn of 2012 by partners Jan Gunnar Storli, Jo Temre and Eilif Solem. The partners have extensive experience in the fields of recruitment and the selection of senior management and specialists for both, public and private sectors. The extensive and wide-ranging experience, combined with excellent business insights, mean that the company is able to rapidly gain an understanding of the client’s business activities, organisation and culture.

A`HEAD is a Nordic Executive Search and Management Consulting company. Our search consultants work with assignments from the C suite to the Project Manager. We work in any branch or industry, and oil & energy is the one we have the most experience. In addition to our large, local network, we continuously update or research function by using relevant digital solutions to identify, track and assess candidates. A`HEAD is partner with Hogan Assessment Systems, one of the world’s most influential providers of psychometric assessment tools. Consultants in A`HEAD are experienced in using psychometric tests to investigate candidates’ personality, motivation and potential derailers.

Jan Gunnar is currently Managing Partner at Search House, prior to which he was associated with Horton International since 2004. Many of his current clients are organisations in the fields of industry, manufacture, banking and finance, foodstuffs, aquaculture,  the energy sector, high technology industries and agencies within the public sector. He has worked with Executive Search, Search, organisational development, and with management and team development since 1986. His experience combines periods spent both as a line manager within major organisations, and as a consultant and manager within international consultancy firms. Jan Gunnar received his education at the Air Force Combat School affiliated to the Norwegian Air Force Staff College, combined with management and skills development studies at the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH), Applied Social Psychology at NTNU, and Personal Psychology and consultancy studies from the ECS in Stockholm.

Stig-Rune Reese started in the recruitment and executive search business in 1997. In 2003, he established A`HEAD Executive together with two partners. Mr. Reese works with managerial positions both in the private and the public sector. He has experience from various industries. Stig-Rune Reese is a certified user of numerous leadership assessment tools. He is an expert user of the Hogan Assessment Systems` psychometric tests; HDS, HPI, MVPI and Team Report. Mr. Reese worked as an officer for twelve years with the Norwegian Armed Forces, leaving at the age of 31. He is educated with the Norwegian Air Force Academy for four years and holds a Graduate Degree in Political Science and Law from the University of Oslo.
